SDHP, TTB, and KB Swings for 3/6/2018

Today’s WOD is another killer for grip strength.  With the heavy Sumodeadlift high pulls, your grip is going to be taxed from the beginning.  Take it at a good pace.  If you burn out your forearms, it’s going to be a long 10 min.
