Today’s WOD is a skill WOD. This is one of three types of WODs we distringuished this month. Training WODs are our normal everyday workouts. We’ve seen competition WODs on week 1 and 3 of this month. Throughout, we have seen skill words mainly focused on Snatch work.
For today’s WOD, if you have consistent muscle ups in sets of multiples, challenge yourself through 30 or work on them for 15 minutes. If you don’t have muscle ups, work on developing the strength.
We will also be test your pushups reps in 1 minute today. Hope you recorded your score from the first week of the month.
Industrial Athletics WOD for 4/23/2018:
Test your Pushups reps in 1 Min
30 Muscle Ups
AMRAP 5 Min:
5 Strict Pullups
5 Ring dips (on your MU rings)
Complete as many muscle-ups as possible in 15 minutes.
AMRAP 15 Min:
5 CTB Pullups (may be banded)
5 jumping dips, slowing the descent
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Jumping Pullups (8in between head and pullup bar)
5 Pushup (may use box)
