Industrial Athletics – CrossFit
Today’s WOD is a CrossFit benchmark. It isn’t one of our monthly benchmarks for August, but we threw it in anyway. You should be getting 15-20 pullups per round, so scale accordingly. We want to see lots of pullups reps today, despite the running.
