We are starting today with retesting our max pistol reps in 1 minute. You set a baseline for this test at the beginning of the month. See if you can sqeek out a couple more reps today.

Then, it’s time for the Hero Wod of the month: “DT”

9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#

6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
