The row test for this month will be 1 week from today. Make sure you get in your rowing practice. We want to see lots of PRs for our 1000m row times.
Don’t forget, starting in July, the Saturday morning 11am CrossFit class will be moved to 8am CrossFit class. The first day for that will be Saturday, July 7th.
