Rowing and Burpees for 3/28/2017

Today’s WOD will increase your capacity to work through 1 movement through a higher rep count.  During the Open, we saw WODs like 17.4 where the reps were 55 of each movement.  For most people, these reps took more than 2 minutes to complete.  We saw a few people have trouble handling that volume without rest.  As such, to help eliminate the rest today, we will set a designated amount of time to work within instead of prescribing reps to complete.
