We continue our rowing practice today. The Rowing test will be next week. Push it hard today on the practice and in the metcon.
For the metcon, we are asking you to come hard-ish out of the gate. We don’t want you to blow out the row so you can’t move after 500m, but we also don’t want you to take your time because the row is followed by burpees.
