Quick turnaround on those Overhead Squats. We hit them heavy on Friday and we are back to them today. Today, you will look for a max weight for 3 reps.
After the heavy work, we will hit the barbell for an AMRAP. Pick a weight that you can keep moving for all 8 minutes.
