When you are approaching today’s WOD, pick a scaling that keeps you moving each 2 minute period. The deadlifts are meant to be a little heavier than we would usually use for lots of reps. However, we want you to be able to move quickly with little rest. The same goes for the Toes to Bar. You only have 2 minutes . . . don’t waste it.
