Rowing, HSPUs, and Burpees for 12/21/2017

Sticking with the longer WODs this week, this one will be a killer.  Use the 30 second rest periods to take deep breaths and try to bring down your heart rate.  We don’t usually work for 2 minutes on a single movement.  Make sure you scale to keep up reps.  Standing around resting during the 2 minute work periods is not the goal of this workout.
