Rowing, DB Snatches, and Burpees for 1/8/2019

When you are approaching the workout today, keep in mind that the row is designed to impact the rest of the workout. If you push too hard on the row, you will have to spend time catching your breath before proceeding through the following AMRAP. However, spend too much time on the Row, and that will eat into your AMRAP time.

In 15 Min:

Row 1000 Meters

then

AMRAP

10 1 arm DB Snatches (50/35)

10 Burpees
