Rowing, Pushups, and Pullups for 8/2/2018

Someone recently commented that we should do more strict pullups.  Whenever someone acknowledges something we haven’t done in a while, it causes us to remember that CrossFit is supposed to be constantly varied, and that we can get stuck in a rut on occasion.  It’s always helpful to get constructive feedback that helps us realize we might be missing something.  Therefore, in the month of August, we will see very little kipping pullups.
