Shoulder Press, Front Squats, and Deadlifts for 6/4/2018

It’s the start of June.  That means we have no benchmarks and heavy lifts for this month.  We will be announcing them as we go.  Or, you can look at our Newsletter.

You will need to add and subtract weight today.  Make sure you have everything available.  If you aren’t 100% right on your weight, that’s ok.
