At the beginning of the month, we did the named workout Cindy. It is a 20 min AMRAP for 5 pullups, 10 pushups, and 15 squats. Today’s WOD is a variation of it. We are going to use this as a skill WOD so you can see how different variations of pullups, pushups, and squats affect your ability to keep moving. Do you do better with smaller sets or larger sets?
