Since Snatch is one of our max lifts for this month, we are spending some of our weekly skill days on dedicated snatch work. Today is one of those days. During the first EMOM, you want to focus on your form and position. Try to hit all of the major points of performance on your Snatches (chest up, weight on heels, full extension of the hips, catching below parallel). Then, as we increase weight, use those good mechanics to hit some heavy weight.
