Since Snatch is one of our max lifts for this month, we are spending some of our weekly skill days on dedicated snatch work. Â Today is one of those days. Â During the first EMOM, you want to focus on your form and position. Â Try to hit all of the major points of performance on your Snatches (chest up, weight on heels, full extension of the hips, catching below parallel). Â Then, as we increase weight, use those good mechanics to hit some heavy weight.
