Snatches and Box Jumps for 2/8/2018

Today’s WOD should be fast and painful.  The Snatch weight should be relatively light and should not slow you down that much.  Then you will need to push the pace on the jump over boxes.  The jump over boxes have a tendency to become slow and methodical.  You need to resist that urge.  Keep up your pace.  As soon as you hit the ground on the other side of the box, turn around and go again.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 2/8/2018:

Every 90 Sec x 6
1 Power Snatch (70-75%)
1 Squat Snatch

5 Rounds for Time:
10 Power Snatches (95/65)
10 Jump Over Boxes (24/20)
