Squats, Situps, and DUs for 10/11/2016

Continuing with our strength cycle today, we have Back Squats.  One of the most powerful and beneficial lifts we can perform, the Back Squat is a great lift.  Take some time to warm up and work hard at that 80% of the 1 rep you established in September.
