Don’t you love tabatas? You work for 20 seconds (doesn’t seem that bad). Then, you get 10 seconds of rest (just enough to start to feel comfortable). Then, hit it again for 8 rounds for each movement.
We will complete 1 full tabata of each movement, then rest 1 minute, then move on to the next movement. Pick a scale that keeps you moving.
